Who We Are

We are a community of frustrated owners at 50 Hyde Close, Brookwood. A sectional title complex managed by two disengaged trustees.

We have numerous complaints about how the current trustees are managing the complex. For over two years, we have tried every means of engaging with them to work together to revive our once beautiful complex to its former self.

  • Our property values are estimated to be at 2014 values
  • A few owners have tried to sell their units over many years without success
  • Basic maintenance is not being performed - causing structural damage
  • The Trustees blatantly ignore requirements under the Sectional Title Schemes Act and Regulations
  • Levies and 'reserve' levies are added despite not spending the money

Our aim here is to educate all owners for the upcoming Annual General Meeting and bring awareness to owners and landlords

We have an action plan to revive Brookwood. But we need everyone to stand together to bring change.

Let's stop the decline. Let's bring in new management
